Exercise and nutrition
Through our providers, we run a free eight-week exercise and nutrition progrmame called FitLife.
FitLife is held on the grounds of the Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) on Otara Road in Otara, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 6am to 7am. Bootcampers are put through the grinder by John and Fiona Mann and their team of trainers from D65 Fitness.
The trainers give nutrition advice long the way to help you identify and make the right food choices.
The first intake saw one person lose 26kg and 11cm from around their waist!
The programme starts and ends with a fitness test to see how far you have come.
